Keeping climbing areas open and accessible
REI partner since 1991
The Access Fund is the national advocacy organization that keeps U.S. climbing areas open and conserves the climbing environment.
Through programs like Adopt-a-Crag and TeamWorks, REI employees, customers and community members across the country team up with the Access Fund to care for and give back to climbing areas. REI employees actively support, promote and participate in the Access Fund's conservation efforts. With REI grant support, the Access Fund engaged more than 34,000 volunteers throughout 2012.
