The MTI Velocity personal flotation device (PFD) offers a snug fit that's perfect when spending long afternoons in the cockpit of your favorite watercraft.

Canoeing, kayaking, rafting and other recreational watersports are ideal activities to flaunt the fresh style of the Velocity
Neoprene panel in the lumbar region of the back is integrated into the fabric of the PFD, and 2 adjustment straps tighten this panel over the small of the back
Because of the elasticity of the neoprene, when the panel is taut you retain mobility without restricting movement

Not necessarily what I want to spend my money on, but I know that good safety good equipment is important when you need it. I had looked for awhile for something to show up on sale that I could tolerate, and this vest was it. But when I picked it up at my local store, free shipping always a plus, I was impressed by it's quality and fit
