Comments about Nathan Bottle Sling with Pocket:
This was purchased to hold a Nathan water bottle. The fit was tight and the zipper quality is unsubstantial. After the very first use, the zipper had opened in the middle of its run and proved to be irreparable. Nice idea, unacceptably poor execution. This poor quality of this product is a stark contrast to that of the nicely made Nathan water bottle.

Comments about Nathan Bottle Sling with Pocket:
I love being in the outdoors year round and try to always stay hydrated. I do use hydration packs, but they seem impractical for shorter hikes or for climbing. I was looking for something to hold my water bottle, keep its contents cool, and that provides easy access. From experience, I felt that holsters were not well suited for hiking and climbing, but a sling worked really well. Not only did it hold my sport-sized bottle (not the Nathan one) perfectly and securely, it kept the contents ice-cold even after being out in 100+ temps for almost an hour. I haven't been gentle with the product at all and even thought it would begin to tear up by now. A year later, it's still good as new. I love the zippered pocket on the side - it holds my ID, state park pass, and car key perfectly.
