The GoLite Shangri-La 2 shelter is an ultra lightweight, strong, 3-4 season pyramid shelter. It protects and offers a comfortable living space for backpacking and mountaineering.

  • Shangri-La 2 is simple to pitch and sheds wind and weather brilliantly; includes 1 zippered door
  • Pitch it with 2 adjustable trekking poles, sold separately; external peak loops also allow shelter to be suspended without poles
  • Dual roof vents backed by no-see-um mesh maximize air flow
  • Reflective stake-out loops with line tensioners provide a taut pitch and easy setup; reflective zipper pulls provide nighttime visibility
  • Extra guy-out loops are positioned for strongest possible pitches in varying conditions
  • 2 internal mesh pockets help keep things organized inside the tent
  • Silicone-impregnated ripstop nylon is twice as strong as polyurethane-coated nylon; it is self-healing in nature and highly rip resistant
  • Package includes stuff sacks and 6 Y-stakes
  • Optional add-ons, sold separately: Bathtub floor (footprint) and Nest (inner bug tent)
