Comments about Camp Time Roll-A-Chair:
i used this chair on a two week backpacking trip in the mountains of NM. this same chair had already survived a similar trip a couple of years earlier. it shows no real signs of wear and still functions great. basically it's as durable as you could want it to be.
as for comfort... can't top it. it's fold up back is sturdy, but comfortable. it gives just enough to sit in complete comfort.
the only almost con is that it isn't exactly super compact. it folds up into a nice relatively thin bundle, but its long. bear in mind though all that space goes to durability and comfort. over all i haven't sen a better chair. period.

Comments about Camp Time Roll-A-Chair:
One reason this chair is so comfortable is that it sits higher than most I've seen, including heavier and bulkier models. Highly recommended.

Comments about Camp Time Roll-A-Chair:
Found this thing after experimenting with various stools, folding chairs, inflatable mats, strap chairs, mesh chairs, etc. for the best weight-to-comfort ratio. At 6'5" and 200lbs, the stools don't work well for comfort. For backpacking trips, the camp chairs are just too heavy.
I think I finally found a good compromise. This chair is much lighter than any of my camp chairs and much more comfy than some of those bicycle-seat-like stools.
The only "issues" I have with this one are:
*would like to see a mesh chair (it pools water pretty well in any downpour)
*It's a bit bulky, takes some creative manuevering to lash to my pack
*A slightly higher back, I'm kinda tall and I end up slouching when I sit back
Overall though, this is the best comfort:weight balance I've found. It's come with me every trip since I picked one up.

Comments about Camp Time Roll-A-Chair:
I was surprised to find that this was a *full* height chair. It is amazingly comfortable and compact. I can't imagine that there is a lighter chair out there that is this stable, durable and comfortable. So easy to pack and take with you, you'll never leave it at home. The only con I can think of is that it does not come with a protective bag to store it out of the dust.

I've had mine since REI first carried it, and use it for jam sessions and music festivals. It's cery comfortable and no armrests to interfere with playing.

Comments about Camp Time Roll-A-Chair:
This is a light weight chair that takes little space. It has great back support and works well for sitting around the camp or doing kitchen chores. I had to fight my fellow campers off to use it. Left unoccupied, someone immediately took possesion of it. I wouldn't be without it.

Comments about Camp Time Roll-A-Chair:
This is by far the best outdoor chair I have! I own 2 and am going to buy 2 more it straps to your backpack and there you are a comfy seat, the envy of the camp. These chairs never ware out you can kick your feet up can't break them, never have to buy another unless you just want more than one. A most have item.

Comments about Camp Time Roll-A-Chair:
We wanted a seat high enough off the ground with a back that is comfortable. This fits the bill. We tried it and are now getting one for each of the rest of the family. We use it for outdoor events and to take on hikes for more comfortable seating (we are older). but also look forward to taking them to dog shows etc.
