I use this product just before and during most week day and long weekend rides as well as during events like crits and sprint triathlons. Easy to store in back pocket, easy to open (I struggle to open bars and GU's), and the taste is quite nice! Does not effect my stomach at all. Overall and most importantly it helps keep me fueled before and during riding. I recommended this product. You got to try it!

I do like the packaging. Top is easy to twist off and you can actually suck the entire contents out of the container. The Power Blends have a very unusual texture. It falls somewhere between water and a gel. The texture is like a "gritty" jello. Gritty secondary to the puree fruit within the product. But here's the biggest draw back for me. When I'm exercising I want my energy supply to be high in calories and carbs to help replenish or supplement what I'm burning. The Power Blend has 80 calories and only 21 grams of carbs. A PowerGel has 110-120 calories and 27-28 grams. Why would I buy a product that is much more bulky in my rear pockets, has less calories and carbohydrates to help replenish my endurance exercise needs?
