Son was incredibly disappointed I didn't buy a pair of Nikes, but he has warmed up to these shoes. They are lightweight and comfortable, he wears them everyday; through sleet and snow, mud and puddles. They have served him quite well. I would highly recommend them.

The little man loves wearing these and would live in them if i let him. my one complaint is that the rand seems to be wearing out pretty fast, there is noticeable damage to the front in only two months. None of his other shoes have this scuffing, i haven't figured out what he is doing to cause it, but i expect kids shoes to be over-built just for this reason.
