The rear tightener holder came off when i tried to adjust to my head the very first time!!!
Irrespective of my above defective experience, I went ahead and got a replacement since this is cheap and selling for about fifteen dollars, and the replacement piece worked out as expected and fits good.
But still, I am not too happy about the rear tightener since it looks flimsy and cheap quality and does not retain to the grip.
The bottom line; I would recommend this if you are not going to rely on the tightener.
