I have been snowboarding for about 10 years now and I have recently come out of the 'broke college student' stage of my life. I got a new Ride snowboard for Christmas and wanted to upgrade my old boots. I like to think of myself as an all around snowboarder, so I need something that is versatile and can do a little bit of everything. I love the look of these boots, the color is great, and the boot isn't too leaned forward. Slipping these boots on is like slipping on my own Cinderella glass slipper. I actually tried on several boots first and thought the Ride boots were superior to others with similar lacing tecnology. Once I got to the mountain my mind was changed. After riding in these boots a few times I decided to return them. After each day of riding my feet would be so dog tired in them, as if there is not enough cushion under my feet or they are too low impact. Which is a shame because I really liked the boots...but I felt if I was going to spend this much money on something then they better be perfect for my feet.
Feels true to size
Feels true to width
