To save space, let me first off say I completely agree with reviewer "nicfletch".

I want to add that the seeds give a texture a lot like tapioca or rice pudding. I happen to love tapioca pudding, so this is fine for me. However, I know several folks who are very put off by that kind of texture, so "heads up"!

I tried this product because of the references to chia seeds in "Born To Run".
