by Sea and Ski DogfromWerner Corryvrecken PaddleI bought this item to replace a broken graphite paddle. It's a great paddle for someone with a lot of physical strength or just going out for short day paddles. Moves a lot of water very quickly and will put another knot in your top end speed over a low angle paddle like the Camano but you will definately be sore in the morning.
I really like the way this paddle slices thru the water upon entry. Very clean and efficient. Just wish I could push it all day in a 12 to 15 mile tour. I'll stick with the Shuna until my shirt starts busting buttons from my huge chest muscles.
PS - If you can't roll with this paddle it's time to take another lesson.

by djarchfromgreat paddleForgettable name, Corryvecken, but great paddle. Wider, aggressive blade design intended for more vertical angle paddling, works well with my narrow kayak. Shorter 220 cm length is great for really digging in, but long enough for my 77" wingspan to sit back and cruise sometimes. Balance is great, feels feather-light. I like the 30 degree angle, and snap-lock is flush, excellent design.
Had to pry it loose from my girlfriend last weekend on upper Priest Lake in Idaho, she loves it too, she's 5'-7".
