I used the generic REI sizing chart and came out to the proper size if I ignored the hip measurement (I have a small bust and large hips, which can skew a size estimate greatly). I was a medium, which is normal for my large shoulders and B-cup bust. The shirt fits my bod, but isn't too snug. I didn't have a problem with it riding up, being too short, or being too long. The sleeves on it are nearly non-existant. They are VERY small to just give the semblance of sleeves and a bit of feminine touch. The material is amazingly lightweight and wicks moisture fairly effectively. I've used it for a jog or two, but I really can't wait until summer and warmer weather comes and I will use it for hiking. A warning on color: the pink on the website isn't as pink as they suggest in the pictures. It came in as a slight coral color with light pink tree burst pattern. I love it more than the website representation. Overall great shirt!
