I chose this top for yoga. I have a daily practice and will be attending teacher training in a few months. I was on the search for a top that fit well without revealing a lot of skin during inversions and forward folds. I also like tops that don't require an extra sports bra. This top is extremely comfortable, the fabric is soft and fitting - but not too restrictive. It did well as far as the bottom didn't flow up when I folded over. However the more movement I did and the more standing forward folds, and sun salutations I did, the chest area seemed to ride down, exposing more of my top than I would like. At times it felt like my top would "pop out" as well. I am 5'3, 112 lbs and 34B. I purchased an XS. This will have to be a top only to be worn during home practice and I don't plan to purchase more as it is distracting to feel like your chest will fall out of the top. If the top stayed put, I would have rated this top perfect.
