I think they are very comfortable for all day wear. When I bought them there was no picture for the "grey" color. They ARE NOT GREY, or any variation of. They are khaki. All in all they will get dirty while hiking in the dirt, so although I was disappointed, I kept them. I wear wool socks but wished there was a little more padding. I have very weak ankles & have never has a problem in these.
