Comments about Koki Rover II Panniers - Pair:
This pair has some ingenious designs:
Great closing system: bullet proof.
No more bungie cord on your rack: it uses a ratchet system that is very innovative.
Rack fixation is brillant: pull, place, release the jaws.
Material is fantastic: light but very sturdy material.
Waterproof!
Remarks: (some of the things I would like to see changed)
1. 53 liters capacity is grossly inaccurate. 35 liters is probably closer once you make 3 rolls of the closure system (a must for waterproofness).
2. Locking mechanism requires the bag to be off the rack to close your bag. Let's get real - please!
3. The foot is made of beafy rubber (perhaps a little overkill)
4. Both pockets are really well made. Enlarge pockets by 2.5x and you would have a really nice bag with more versatility.
Even with its small flaws, this is a really well made bag that is simple to put on and off your racks (in seconds). Construction is well thought of.
This bag actually looks and feel really "sharp".

Comments about Koki Rover II Panniers - Pair:
Well, I have cycled over 1500 miles this year so far just commuting. I have been using a set of Arkel Kargo bags that have been GREAT! No issues with that bag so far.
Well I needed another set of panniers for a long distance trip. When I got them the rack clips looked sketchy. I should have stopped and returned them at that time.
The first time I put them on my bike one of the rack clips broke. I decided to ride it to work and see what else broke. well the entire clip mechanism is junk. 12 miles later I cannot wait to get them back to the store. Good thing I try everything out before a long trip... Going back to Arkel bags. Cant beat them...

Comments about Koki Rover II Panniers - Pair:
I really love these panniers. The size is great and they stay snug to my bike. Though I have only rode them in the rain 5 or so times, my cargo has always stayed dry. I have one issue with them. The zipper gets jammed. Though it doesn't happen often it isn't uncommon, fairly easy to fix.
