Comments about Ride Sage Boa Snowboard Boots - Women's - 2011/2012:

This is only my 2nd time wearing the Ride Sage Boa Snowboard Boots. The first time was a half day at a local Maryland resort. Today I was only on the mountain for less than 2 hours. When I got off of the lift, I went to strap in my back foot. That is when I noticed that the Boa Coiler lacing system had completely broken. The right boot was, at that point, useless and I was left at the top of the mountain uncertain about how to get down; since my back foot is my steering foot. I trusted my bindings and proceded down the slope but did not feel safe at all. It is absolutely unacceptable that these boots failed after only 2 minimal uses. I have never been so disappointed in a product. My safety was jeopardized and only my skill in snowboarding was able to help me. Unacceptable!!! DO NOT BUY!!!!
