This is my go-to bag for work (I have the brown one), even with the single flaw -- the built-in computer pocket does not fit a 15" laptop as described. I am unable to zipper the bag when my laptop is in the pocket, so I remedy the situation by putting my laptop in a separate sleeve in the main compartment and I use the built-in pocket for files and books. My Sigg bottle fits in one of the side pockets and keys go in the other side pocket. Front pocket is great for easy access to my phone. I have used this bag for years and I like that the laptop stores vertically; it makes traveling on the bus and light rail a little bit easier. I like the leather padding on the inside of the shoulder straps and the zippered pocket inside. The extra material at the top of the bag allows you to carry quite a bit of stuff and still be able to zip it. I only wish the zipper zipped the other way -- not made for left-shoulder carrying people!
