I bought this in a small for my 8 year olds to use. It says that's for a 26-32 inch waist but it barely goes around them. It has a velcro closure as opposed to straps that tighten so there isn't a lot of sizing flexibility. I have a 29 inch waist and, without a shirt, could just barely get it around me(about an inch of velcro was connected). The pack seems well-made but it doesn't really matter if it doesn't fit.

I love my pack....rides in the small of my back great. I like one with a pocket for keys, hankies, and uber important dog treats for my two running labs! I deducted one star for lack of a pocket.
