Comments about Dynaflex Blue Gyro PowerBall Hand Exerciser + Docking Station:
My orthapedic surgeon recommended this as rehab after tendon surgery AND for strength training. I had my doubts due to its gimmickie appearance. This model was the only one the store had in stock, with lights inside and a starting dock station. Anyway I was shocked at how much you do feel it working your finger strength and forearms! I am climbing a 10b (from 10d) again after 2 months of rehab. I like how you can control the intensity of the training vs the "squeezing" devices/balls which you have to buy multiple of depending on range you want to use.

Comments about Dynaflex Blue Gyro PowerBall Hand Exerciser + Docking Station:
I bought this for wrist therapy exercises, related to tendonitis (similar to carpal tunnel).
With two new batteries, the base would spin fine with no load. But with the "ball" on, it would only reach moderate speed. This was not enough
rpm for the unit to generate good gyro forces. I could never get it to give me more than a couple foot-pounds torque. Plus the rotation slowed very quickly. I really like the theory, and other people say it is working for them. Perhaps I got a defective power unit.

Comments about Dynaflex Blue Gyro PowerBall Hand Exerciser + Docking Station:
My primary concern with this product was how much torque it produces because I can easily just grab a dumbbell and do the same movement. But after using it two days, the counterweight does everything a dumbbell can't and it gets pretty difficult to hold onto if you spin it really fast. My wrist felt a lot better after using this for about 3-4 minutes a day for 2 days. Highly recommended!

Comments about Dynaflex Blue Gyro PowerBall Hand Exerciser + Docking Station:
I don't use this for climbing, I use it to improve my grip for BJJ. It is a great workout for your forearm, wrist, and hand muscles. It is easy to use, easy to take with you, and you can do it while you are resting at night or traveling. You will notice a great burn and fatigue within a few minutes of using. Great product,
