I'm not sure what the other review meant by "unflattering color" but I found the grape color to be a very attractive color. I enjoyed the fitted look. The only problem I have seen is that after a few washes the fabric is pilling in spots.

I have purchased other ExOfficio Dri Pointelle shirts before and have loved them. The others have come in true to the color shown on the website and fit true to size. However, when I received this shirt in Dk Grape it came in slightly snug throughout...a lot more fitted than the other shirts I own in the same size and the color was drastically different. Where the image on this website shows a dark, smokey amethyst color, the shirt came in a dark, red-violet color with a red-orange under thread in the weave. The color was not attractive at all. I was very disappointed overall.
