Comments about Lego LEGO Minifigure LED Headlamp:

Whenever I need a headlamp I grab two, lego man and black diamond..inevitably lego man is all that I need. Sure black diamond is a bit brighter, but lego man is bright enough, everyone loves him, welcomes him, wants to tickle his belly to light him up. When he does leg raises, we can guide the angle of the light beam. Exercise for him, light producing for me!

I only wish a second strap came with him as the yellow one dirties easily. Black would be nice.

It's already been a year, Lego man and I have been on many adventures together, we were just talking about heading up to sequoia together.

Comments about Lego LEGO Minifigure LED Headlamp:

Purchased for my 2 year old. Used it in the backyard, garage, and camping. When the battery finally died (3 months), it took an extremely small philips screwdriver to remove four screws in the back. The two watch batteries cost more then the entire headlamp. The screws are set in the plastic body and will strip with any overtorqing.

Comments about Lego LEGO Minifigure LED Headlamp:

I bought several different versions of the lego flashlights;one was on a keychain, a clipon which also came with band to wear as a headlight and then an 11 inch lego man as full size flashlight. I passed all of them out at Christmas to everyone while we were opening presents. They were a real hit. You can bend thier legs in front and back and have light going in two directions. Real fun and useful.

Initially, I did not like that the batteries were the expensive lithium ion "watch" batteries, but fortunately REI offers a pack of 2 CR2025 batteries for $2.50 for this headlight. Other retailers had them for $5 ea!

We bought this for our 6 year old for Christmas. Its very cute, and fun...but the battery died after 3 weeks, and is extremely difficult to un-screw the back to change the battery. Bummer!

Comments about Lego LEGO Minifigure LED Headlamp:

i love LEGO (yes, i'm an adult), and my husband bought me this for a christmas stocking stuffer. it's actually been extremely useful and i use it more on a regular basis now than my petzl tikka (although they have completely different uses).

i read in bed every night and the tikka was a little too bright even on low. the LEGO headlamp is bright, but not blinding on up-close surfaces like a kindle e-reader. what's really awesome is that since there are 2 lights, one in each foot, and the legs are moveable, you can aim one up a little and the other further down. it covers the entire page in an even amount of light instead of one bright spot.

it's great for use around the house, maybe reading in the car at night, taking the trash out, etc...but i wouldn't take it for anything other than driveup car camping.

the batteries though have lasted only a month and a half (he gave it to me early). i use it every night for about 15-20 mins. they're not completely dead but too dim to use.
