This stuff is awesome! I have tried EVERY gu, gel and block on the market. The best way I can describe this stuff is that it feels like it wipes the slate clean. It instantly clears my head and all the fuzziness. It gives me undeniable focus. I love this stuff. I eat it every thirty minutes on my runs and I go through it fast. Skip all the other stuff and try this first.... you will never buy any of the other gels and gu's again. I also like this stuff because the consistency is almost like vitamin D milk. Its not as thick and sticky as GU, it is pretty much drinkable and goes down super easy... and it tastes good! Love this!

Product is a carb gel that also has a bit of quick-digesting protein in it. I find I get a mental boost from protein, and this is the only major gel that has it, so I buy this product. Be aware that it goes bad pretty quickly (a few months only for the Vanilla, longer for Chocolate & Berry). When it does, it gets yucky lumps, burns your throat a bit, and causes gas. But if you use it right away it is simply great stuff.

No other gels have carbohydrates, protein, vitamins E and C, and caffeine if you want it. Great for runs over 15-20 miles. Great taste.

I have tried lots of different gels and found most to be extremely sweet. This is one that I found to be just right for my palate. It goes easy and the sweetness washes away with a single mouthful of water. It also gives me a nice pick up during long rides and hikes. The boost comes on quickly and lasts for a while.
