I've been somewhat struggling with replenishing electrolytes during endurance events. I have found what something that works, and I don't see myself changing to anything else, anytime soon. It is convenient to leave in drop-bags, and you can just take sips off of it every 10-15 minutes, or I have found that you can pour the contents into a bike-style, or hand-held bottle, top off with water and take sips off of it for the next hour or so. REI doesn't carry the Kona Mocha Flavor, but it is remarkable in taste.
