Comments about Dynaflex Pro Gyro Ball Hand Exerciser:
This product is amazing. I just sit and read a book while working out with my Dyna-Flex. With the ball I can train my muscles on my off days, just to get them a little warm. I also use it as a warm up and cool down in terms of indoor climbing. Only thing that I see is, that it can make some issues since it can be complicated. But after learning how to do it, it get's easier.
THE HARDER YOU WORK WITH IT, THE GREATER THE OUTCOME.
I love it, and so should you!

Comments about Dynaflex Pro Gyro Ball Hand Exerciser:
The Dynaflex Pro Gyro Ball Hand Exerciser is an excellent tool to help improve forearm, back and shoulder strength for climbing, bouldering, and pretty much any sport that requires these muscles to be strong and flexible. The product is extremely difficult to start, so please do not become discouraged, it took me a good two months to learn how to use it. When you are first learning how to use your Exerciser, the string might not stay in the groove on the ball, it might get caught under the plastic cover and the black tip of the string could rip off. This happened to me multiple times, so I ended up buying a shoe lace that was a bit more durable and using it instead. You do not have to pull the string that hard, a nice firm pull will do. Please do not give up on this product, it takes a while to learn how to start it but you will eventually get the wrist movement down, and there is really nothing else out there that improves your forearm strength better than this. When the product is working you will feel the pull of the motor. An excellent buy worth every penny!

Comments about Dynaflex Pro Gyro Ball Hand Exerciser:
After the inital frustation of not being able to keep this thing spinning, I have grown to love it. I use it mainly to get my arms warmed up before climbing and also to loosen up stiff arms the morning after a hard climbing session.

Comments about Dynaflex Pro Gyro Ball Hand Exerciser:
Whatever you do, DONT drop it on anything hard. If the ball is dropped then it will make strange noises. I screwed up when i threw my backpack (the ball was inside the backpack) and now it is so loud that I have to purchase another one... However, it is so effective in working out the forearms, grip, and stabilizers that I bought one for my father and another one for my brother. Check around for prices...

Comments about Dynaflex Pro Gyro Ball Hand Exerciser:
This product is great for building muscles for climbing! It is not only great for climbing, it is also great for carpal tunnel syndrome and arthritis pain! For my job, I am a waitress and have bad wrists from carrying heavy trays. I have always had intense pain from working as a waitress and have developed carpal tunnel as well as arthritis. This has cause climbing to be difficult for me. My boyfriend tried his friend's gyro and recommended it for me so my boyfriend bought me one. I've been using it daily for 3 months and no longer have any pain in my wrists or hands at all! I can go back to climbing and am very happy with this product!

Comments about Dynaflex Pro Gyro Ball Hand Exerciser:
so I got this for [$] at another store. BUT I do like the thing. When I drive, I keep it going and get that pump. I could keep the thing going for 30 minutes on an arm if I want to, however I do it in intensity intervals. I also feel most of the pump in my wrist extensors instead of my forearm. This has led to this device being mostly for prevention of elbow tendonitis and wrist injuries more than for my grip strength. I was having some problems and started using this thing and it has helped. It has also helped me increase my ability to keep that pump away on long but easy routes. The thing does nothing for the rest of your arms unless you hold your arm out like an idiot. If it gets to that point I'll just pick up the weights. but for the car, I like it. Also, the device resists only as much as you push it.

Comments about Dynaflex Pro Gyro Ball Hand Exerciser:
Works very well as long as you don't drop it. If you drop it it might not work anymore. The way it works is it spins in two ways, it spins on the axle and around left to right if it is facing up in your hand. It is hard to explain but it feels cool. It is hard to start but it works well.
