Comments about Descente Wombat Full-Finger Bike Gloves:
tried these with temps in the 30's with virtually no wind on my 8.5 mile one way commute. my fingers froze. the thin flap that you supposedly put over the gloves for more protection from the elements is a gimmick; you'd essentially be wearing weak mittens, & have no dexterity for braking/shifting. admittedly, my fingers seem to be super-susceptible to cold, so 3 stars instead of 1--they may work well for a warmer-blooded person.

Comments about Descente Wombat Full-Finger Bike Gloves:
I've only had these wombat gloves for a few weeks but my early morning rides into work these gloves keep my hands warm. I've also done few rides in the rain and they worked very well in terms of keeping my hands warm and dry. If it's even colder I can use the built in mitten covers.

Comments about Descente Wombat Full-Finger Bike Gloves:
I bought these just last night. Wore them this morning on my 15 mile commute (45mins). It was 13 degrees and only a bit of wind. These were so great, i kept all warmth and motion in my fingers. My thumbs were a tad cold, but nothing to be complaining about...its 13 degrees. The mit cover is exactly what you need. Probably too warm for 30 and up, i go with Specialized Deflect for that.
