Initially, I was very skeptical about the usefulness of this light given its small size. However, I was pleasantly surprised and then some. Yes, even though this light has only one LED and is smaller than most any other light out there, it is amazingly bright and even brighter than other lights with 5 LEDs I have used. Perfect for commuting on dark paths or around town. The beam is sharp and very focused, and the slim size and even smaller mount make it easy to place on any handlebar, including my road racing bars.

This light is small and compact. The beam is very focused and really should only be used as a front marker light on your bike. You can also attach it to your helmet, which provides some versatility. Battery life is good with no connection problems. Note, you need to hold the on/off button down for a couple seconds to turn the light on. Press it again for the flash mode. Also has a slight side-to-side adjustment for proper alignment if the installation site on your handlebars is off center.

I've got it strapped to my helmet so it's high and visible. Using the blink feature, the batteries last for weeks on my nightly commutes.

Because it's on my helmet, I can turn and use it to get the attention of motorists who are about to turn in front of me. It's not bright enough to see the road in front of you though.

This light is a fine indicator, cars will see you. You won't see anything. The light is bright enough to blind your bike buddy, but the beam pattern is so narrow and focused that you can't see any road. So it works great when it is dark enough you need to let people know you are coming, but once it gets dark enough you need a light to see...This light is out.

Buyers beware that this is not efficient as a to-see headlight. I use this as a to-be-seen headlight which it works wonders for. It's incredibly bright for a single LED and it can be used for weeks of riding a few hours a day. I always keep it on the flash mode which conserves a lot of power and is more efficient at being seen. I have another headlight to be used as a to-see headlight for night trail riding. The Uno is light weight and compact which makes it ideal for road rides. As a to-be-seen headlight I recommend aiming it a little higher then a car headlight. It reflects road signs from a few hundred feet and drivers notice you much better.

I bought a cheaper similar product online from China - Was not as bright and it fell off my bike at 20mph. Replaced it with this and the difference is night and day. This is a well built light and is super bright for a single LED. Definitely will get you noticed. Mount is really secure and easy to use.

They load this [$] light with a cheap battery. If you choose to buy this light, immediately replace this battery with a quality battery. I had this light and the mfg.'s battery corroded and ruined the light to where it no longer functions. So it was a fine "to-be-seen" light for a little over a year. I expected a longer life for my [$]
