  • Breathable, full-grain Cabrio leather uppers are oiled for water resistance and durability; leather-lined, padded collars add comfort across insteps
  • Oiled leather may occasionally appear to have light scuffs—rub lightly with fingertips to smooth out scuffs
  • Leather uppers are securely stapled to the bases for durability
  • Protective polyethylene heel counters offer lateral stability and act as natural shoe horns, letting heels move up and down while walking
  • Sturdy thermoplastic polyurethane toe boxes protect feet from bumps and enhance durability without compromising toe space
  • Nonallergenic, vegetable-tanned leather sockliners wrap around Poliyou® synthetic foam footbeds that manage moisture
  • Poliyou footbeds consist of a breathable, recycled EVA foam for cushioning; antimicrobial treatment controls odors
  • Polypropylene supports within the midsole allow heel-to-toe flexibility and side-to-side stability, reducing torque and overpronation

    I almost never wear anything else...except for flipflops at the beach. And when i do, boy do i miss my clogs. I now own 10 pair, my oldest are about 9 years old and will finally be retired to garden/stable duty due to stinkiness issues but they are still in great shape. A must for those who are on their feet for hours at work and those folks with super high arches. WARNING..do heed the break in period- wear for a few hours each day for a week. If you need cushioning a thin insert works wonders.

      This shoe is wonderful if you are on your feet all day (I'm a nurse working 12 hr shifts!). My feet never ache, the arch support is fantastic, and the style is timeless. Be patient with the break-in period-- will be uncomfortable for the first week. But once broken in...ahhhhhh, worth it!

      A great all around shoe. I wear these to work daily and don't notice a thing. It's a little strange to get used to my feet flopping around inside the shoe but it doesn't bother my feet a bit. They feel comfortable, like they can breath and in the end, like I'm wearing no shoes at all, except for the ankle support, which is comfy, too. I'm buying another pair in another color!

        These are officially my favorite shoes ever! I am a past sufferer of plantar fasciitis so I stick to comfort over fashion these days. My feet never hurt in these shoes no matter where or how much I walk. I bought the grey color and I think they look great with jeans and khakis. My only (minor) complaint is it seems the grey color is "rubbing" off where the leather is stapled to the footbed b/c my pant legs rub there. I'm not sure if polishing them would darken the area to original color. I'm sure it's only noticable to me. Oh, and unlike the other posters, I didn't require a break in period at all; comfy on the first day. I do have very high arches so I suppose that could have helped. Another bonus, I hate socks so I never wear them and my feet/these shoes do not get stinky. Your feet will thank you for buying these gems!

        These shoes are very popular among many nurses I work with, they're very supportive and durable. I made the mistake of purchasing the grey ones, and after only one shift the grey color is rubbing right off the leather! I tried some shoe polish but that doesn't work. I'm very disappointed, and surprised because I have friends who own the black and this hasn't happened to them. These are going back...I'll probably exchange for the black ones and hopefully won't have any more problems.
