    Unless you plan on packing a lot of C batteries on your camping trip, this is not the air pump for you (or me). The cord on the cigarette lighter plug barely reaches past the car door. It is far too short. If you are working in close quarters (inflating mattress inside the tent) it is impossible to use. We were very disappointed. It would be great for use to inflate water toys, but that is about it.

      Comments about Aero Air Pump with Light - AC/DC:

      The light switch is exposed, so the light turned on every time I packed the pump with the batteries in it. Tried several different packing methods. Had to remove batteries on a 3 day raft trip to avoid the risk of fuming family members sleeping on the ground. Returned it.

      Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

        I found this pump to work very well. The light switch turns on real easy and will drian the batterys if packed away with out removing at least one of the batteries.I've usesed it on several outings with three different mattress to blow up and air out on the same set of batteries and the'er still working.
