The flipflop is very comfortable, so I wore it almost everyday this summer. I felt everything was just fine until one day I found the front part of the shoe bottom was parted and like a duck mouth.
Anyway, I do think this is a good pair of shoes, casual, trendy and comfortable. But if you are expecting a flipflop with good duration, this is not a wise choice.

Had these for a day now, and they are super comfortable.

But loud. The squeak from my feet has already gotten comments. Hope they quiet down as they break in.

The "egg-crate" took a bit to break in and they do not breath well. Other than that they are the most durable i have. They are my first pic (out of 8) when i travel or go to the gym. They will go out of style before you wear them out :)

I've had a pair of these going on two years now. I wear them through the summers for daily use and around the house. VERY comfortable. I can walk around in them all day. Mine are the original ones with the larger spacing on the foot pad than the ones now. They took a week to get really comfortable but they are my favorite flip flop walk about shoe. The sole is still good, they are nice and VERY cushy, the logos are still there on the sides but have worn off on the padding where my heel rests. These are not tight fitting, somehow they offer great support and are great for easy walking. Give them a week to break in and you will love them.

I just got these yesterday. I tried on flip-flops from pretty much every brand in the store and these felt the best. They are very soft against the bottom of my feet. They breath very well. If my feet are sweating, I can't tell. I love the egg crate surface but it did take a little while to get use to it's texture. The straps and thong are soft and comfortable. They look great. The traction is excellent. Perfect product so far.

I hate to bash any North Face product. I actually owned last year's version of this flip flop and they were perfect (5 stars). Thinking that would compare to last year's, I bought these at the REI Store in Oakbrook, IL. At first they were the perfect fit and it was fine walking around in them.
The next day, I noticed a small, 1mm sized scab/blister on my foot between my index and middle toe. At first, I thought it was just a bug bite or a scratch, but I continued to walk around in them and they still felt fine. The 3rd day I owned these, I actually started to feel the strap chafe my feet as I walked around in them. I now have scabs/blisters on both feet. Not a lot but just enough to make me not want to wear them anymore and makes it painful to walk in them too. I now know the edges and the underside of the strap has been chafing/scratching my feet as I walk in them.
I will be returning these or exchanging them for a different pair because I hate to believe that this is a problem product. I think it might be an isolated incident but I feel others should know about this problem if it is present in other pairs of this flip flop.
If this hadn't happened, I would gladly be giving these 5 stars as they are very stylish and durable. So hopefully I will be able to come back and edit this review because, again, I still believe in North Face.

When I first put them on they felt funny. After wearing them for a short while they felt great. These are one the of the most comfortable sandals I've worn. I wear them indoors, so that I can keep my floors clean in the house and I am going to get a pair to wear exclusively outdoors. Worth the buy.

I've had mine 2-3 months and they broke in really nicely and I wear them 6 days a week (at least). So I'm expecting them to wear out quickly. But so far the only thing is the straps got lose on my left flip flop while the right is just right.

But regardless of how fast they might wear out; I've never had so many girls ask about my flip flops... These things are so comfy! I'm going to buy another color when I'm back in REI, best flip flops ever!
