The REI Member Dividend

These flip-flops are probably the most comfortable pair I have ever tried on. The foot bed is cushioned but firm and provides excellent arch support. They do not become slippery when they get wet (a problem I have experienced with other brands). The neutral brown colors make them great at casual events, as well as, by the poolside or beach front. I have worn mine through an entire vacation, from the plane to the beach, and from the hotel to the restaurant. These flip-flops do it all. The nylon toe strap may take a day or two to break in, but I did not even notice it after the first half hour.

After surgery on my foot for a ruptured ligament(an unusual accident), my surgeon insisted on good arch support and "foot contoured" shoes, etc. to protect his handiwork. I bought a pair of these a year ago and I swear by them. I wear them all day and would wear them all year, if not for the winter season. I plan on buying some additional styles for this upcoming warm weather season. My foot surgeon liked mine so much he bought a pair.

I lived in San Diego for about 7 years and wore a lot of different flip flops, but these are by far the best I've ever worn. They're extremely comfortable, look good in jeans or shorts or slacks or whatever (provided the weather is appropriate, of course.) I've had my pair for about two years now and the only wear they show is on the leading edge of the toe, otherwise solid. I have walked miles and miles in these on concrete and nary a whimper from my feet! Yes, they are expensive, but in this case worth every penny. The only con: I want to buy more of them.

I started working in a high-end shoe store a few months ago, and found these to be the most comfortable flip flop available. I bought a pair and wore them for a few days before I made the recommendation to friends of mine. They came in, tried them on, and quickly bought a pair (one friend purchased both the brown and black). These flip flops are amazing! They are comfortable all day, and look great.

Very comfortable. It took about a week to "break in", but after that they were very comfortable. Wore them during a trip to Hawaii and they were perfect for both the beach and nights out in town. Had to order a size up. Normally I wear a size 8, and needed to get a size 9.

I wear sandals everyday, and 1 pair of these sandals lasts me more than a year, which is better than any sandal Ive ever had-at the end of the the year the bottom tread is still good-not worn off at all. I have nothing negative to say...worth the $$$

It litterally has been about a year that I've had these. I've worn and still have other flip flops, but these are far superior in comfort and durability...infact I wear these exclusively now. Almost daily use, and I'm not ready to purchase another pair yet, but I will when it's time. Olukai has created a gem here, and the best feature with the 'Ohana is that these can be worn in and out of the water for those who live an active lifestyle.

I have never had luck in the past with flip flops. The webbing between my big toe always got tore up so I figured I needed to spend the money and try a higher end pair. I got these and immediately they were comfy. I had these on during a recent layover at LAX and we ended up walking over 4 miles to kill some time and it felt like I had on a pair of shoes! I wont buy anything but OluKai flip flops from now on.
