        It's organic, vegetarian, quick and easy to prepare, and tasty too. What's not to love? OK, maybe the sodium is a bit high, but backpackers need to replace electrolytes, right? Note that the package says 1-1/2 servings, but a deservedly hungry backpacker will want to count it as 1 serving and plan on a side/snack/dessert. Enjoy!

            I liked that this product line offers food without MSG and its chemical cousins. I found it just as tasty as anything I'd cook up at home. It cooked up just as handy as any other freezedried food. The serving size was not enough for a whole meal for me, but it being vegetarian made it handy to make it one course of a full meal. (I added a meat and a desert... no salad!) In short, I found it to be exactly what I expected it to be.

              I was surprised w/ the taste and how fast it took to cook. Half filled 2 starving little bellies. We had a pad thai after and didnt taste as good as the Curry. This bag should be good for 2 small eaters or one big one.
