The REI Member Dividend
The REI dividend is a unique benefit of membership in the REI co-op. It's comprised of your member refund—typically 10% back on eligible purchases—and/or your REI Visa® card rebates.
Each March, active REI members and REI Visa cardholders who earned a rebate receive a refund in the form of an annual dividend notice.
Only active members receive annual dividend notices. To maintain your active status as an REI member, you need to make net merchandise or shipping purchases of at least $10 per year, unless you joined that year. Member numbers are issued in one name and only that person receives the member refund. Your number can be used by others in your family, but it cannot be transferred to someone else.

Comments about Mountain Hardwear Power Stretch Balaclava:
I loved my powerstretch balaclave, until I lost it. It always gave that extra bit of warmth that I was looking for when the temps went below zero. It was easily washable and fit perfectly for me. The opening is perfect for your eyes, nose, and mouth. And it easily stretches over your chin if you really want it out of the way.

Comments about Mountain Hardwear Power Stretch Balaclava:
Perfectly designed and constructed item. It took me a while to find the right Balaclava. From the poorly designed Outdoor Rearch Gorilla Balaclava to the ill-fitting Seirus Ultra Clava and a host of others I tried on at the store. The MH Power Stretch stands out. It doesn't fit to heavily on you. It is light, breathable and very configurable with the stretchy material it is made from. I will be using this on Winter 14er climbs.

Comments about Mountain Hardwear Power Stretch Balaclava:
I got this balaclava for the commute to work in cold weather. It blocks wind effectively and keeps your head warm. It's also very stretchy, very soft to the touch, does not retain odor, and it's easy to wash. Good quality material and construction.

Comments about Mountain Hardwear Power Stretch Balaclava:
This is a nicely made balaclava however it is kinda small. If you normally wear a small to med size hat this will probably be perfect. If you normally wear med to large then it will be really tight.
Yes, it is Powerstretch but this is uncomfortable tight.
They really need to make two sizes.

Comments about Mountain Hardwear Power Stretch Balaclava:
Mountain Hardwear makes great products, but this one has a design flaw in my opinion. Its two-piece construction has the front seam running straight up the center of the mouth, and the stitching rubs against the underside of my nose. I know this would cause chafing in no time, so it's going back. I gave it three stars for its many good points. The Power Stretch material is very stretchy, making this one of the best-fitting one-size balaclavas I've tried. It's warm, the inner brushed fleece is soft against your face (except at the front seam), and it easily adjusts to fit above the mouth or under the chin without creating gaps that would let in cold air. If you think the seam/stitching under your nose won't bother you, then this is otherwise a great balaclava.

Comments about Mountain Hardwear Power Stretch Balaclava:
Wow this is one amazing balaclava. It's much better than the ones that look like masks with the holes at the mouth or the ones with fluffy material around the face. If moisture builds up its very easy to wipe off as it doesn't sink into the material. It's also very warm and has a fleece-like layer underneith that is soft and comfortable on the face. It can fit over the nose which is always a plus. Would definitely recommend.

Comments about Mountain Hardwear Power Stretch Balaclava:
When I was shopping for a balaclava, it was hard to find one that fit my extra large head, but this one felt great. It is very warm and the fabric is windproof. At first it is a little hard to breath through it, but after a short while, you get used to it. I would suggest washing it before you first put it on because I didn't and it made me light headed. Other than that this is a great product, especially for cold weather cycling.
