I like this meal because the flavor is good, there's a variety of textures and the sauce was nice and thick. Instead of the typical rice or pasta they use tortillas for the carbs which is a really nice alternative after a few days of dehyd. food.

I didn't find it too salty, but I'd been hiking and sweating for 12 hours and probably needed the salt.

My wife and I had this meal on the second night of a three day out-and-back in the Ohlone Wilderness and it was awesome. Easy to prepare, no clean up and super tasty. What else could you ask for at the end of a hard day?

Before you think this is healthy, check the sodium content. I'm not very picky for food, specially after hiking the whole day, but this was so salty, I couldn't finish it.
