    A month's expedition in southern Sudan was my testing ground for this hat.
    It proved to be an absolutely critical accessory for health in a harsh environment of 120 degree+ heat and dust.
    The hat ventilates well. The neck protector is versatile; tie up on top or tuck inside. The bill provides excellent face shade without sacrificing field of vision. Washes up well and dries fast.
