Comments about Mary Janes Farm Organic Alfredo Pasta:
Mary Jane's Farms prepared meals are delicious. I have tried dozens and find this on to be my favorite. It has a wonderful creamy, cheesy flavor with a kick of spice.
You really do need to let it sit for 10+ minutes to allow the pasta to cook thoroughly, just as any pasta needs. Eating it before it's completely cooked can mean not enjoying the meal fully.

Comments about Mary Janes Farm Organic Alfredo Pasta:
It had protein and calories, but it isn't what I would consider 'health food'. The most healthy thing it has going for it is that it is vegetarian.
The flavor was overwhelmingly garlic...to the point that I was happy there wasn't a fire warning. We could have burned the bark off of the tree's. Not bad if you're a fan of garlic, but not great if you are on a more intimate backpacking trip.

Comments about Mary Janes Farm Organic Alfredo Pasta:
Very tastey, not too salty etc. I tried when backpacing, but now keep some handy for an easy meal at home too. very goo indeed. just make sure to give ample time to rehydrate/cook the noodles.

Comments about Mary Janes Farm Organic Alfredo Pasta:
I was so excited to find an organic, vegetarian meal, but was beyond disappointed. I couldn't even swallow it. I felt guilty for not eating it and didn't want to waste it so I though it would be a good treat for my dog (considering he eats dog food). About ten minutes after he ate it, he threw it up. If that doesn't tell you how disgusting it is, I don't know what will. We also tried the Jambalaya and the bread, and the bread was the only thing that was even slightly edible. I will never again by an Mary Jane meals!
