Comments about Columbia River Mt. Shasta Knife:
Very well made knife that will stand up to anything. Serrated blade handles tough cutting tasks and stays sharp. Secondary locking mechanism provides fixed-blade safety without sacrificing convenience.

Comments about Columbia River Mt. Shasta Knife:
I've used this knife a ton and it has performed great. It feels great in your hand, opens/closes easily and doesn't have any awkward edges or pressure points when you use it.

Found myself constantly having to tighten the belt clip down. Eventually it came off when I didn't notice that was that.

Comments about Columbia River Mt. Shasta Knife:
PROS: this knife, while small, feels like you could run it over with a truck and it wouldn't know the difference. solid as a rock and all metal.
this is my second CRKT and both came out of the package as sharp as a scalpel. this company is serious about making knifes that will last a very long time.
very smooth locking mechanism - blade doesn't budge at all when locked.
CONS: if you have really, really big hands, you may want to get something a little bigger like the Rainer. i have pretty big hands and can only get my index, middle and ring finger around the handle.
this being said, as long as you're not hunting bigger game or trying to fight bigfoot, the size is not an issue. i prefer having a small, well constructed blade that doesn't feel like anything is there if it's in your pocket.
this knife is also heavy for it's size, but it is all metal - no plastic.
