The REI Member Dividend
The REI dividend is a unique benefit of membership in the REI co-op. It's comprised of your member refund—typically 10% back on eligible purchases—and/or your REI Visa® card rebates.
Each March, active REI members and REI Visa cardholders who earned a rebate receive a refund in the form of an annual dividend notice.
Only active members receive annual dividend notices. To maintain your active status as an REI member, you need to make net merchandise or shipping purchases of at least $10 per year, unless you joined that year. Member numbers are issued in one name and only that person receives the member refund. Your number can be used by others in your family, but it cannot be transferred to someone else.

Comments about Gerber Mini Paraframe Serrated Knife:
I've carried this knife in my pocket for several years now. I really like it. It's lightweight and durable, and it fits nicely in my hand. The partially serrated blade makes it a versatile cutter. The well-designed frame lock ensures it will never close accidently. While the knife can be opened using only one hand, this is not as easily accomplished as Gerber touts (most likely because of its small size.) The blade has held up fairly well for several years without any sharpening, and I've subjected it to cutting everything from fish, rope, boxes, and food, to the wire ties attached to my toddler's new toys. My favorite feature is that it is small and light enough that I can carry it in my pocket at all times without even feeling it there, yet it's not so diminutive as to make it an impractical cutting tool. For a sub-[$]price, you will be hard pressed to find a better quality, more reliable pocketknife.

Comments about Gerber Mini Paraframe Serrated Knife:
Bought this knife due to the small size, light weight, and design. I personally love the design. And note that it's really quite small. 3" in length; 3/8" thickness excl. clip and 4/8" w/ clip. Feels very well made and sturdy, with a tight locking mechanism. Takes quite some force to release the lock, such that if you open and close the knife 10 times your thumb will start to hurt. Be careful when closing the knife with one hand.
Overall, lovely (cute?) little knife, stylish design, very well made. Small and light. Locking mechanism may be a bit too strong, but you'll get used to it.

Comments about Gerber Mini Paraframe Serrated Knife:
Very small and lightweight pocket knife, but its small size makes it a little hard to close without catching a finger. Blade is sharp enough for most cutting jobs but some may require a larger knife.

Comments about Gerber Mini Paraframe Serrated Knife:
Gerber is known for good knives, i've owned two in my life, and gave one of them to a very good friend of mine. He was impressed.
I recommend this knife as an extra "back-up" survival knife, but not as your primary source of cutting.

Comments about Gerber Mini Paraframe Serrated Knife:
Made with all the quality you'd expect from Gerber. I've carried Gerber knives in the woods for years. A name that hasn't let me down yet.
Love the small size of this knife. The position of the lock release is such that closing it too fast is dangerous. You have to hold the release just below where the blade closes. Of course handling any knife requires caution, but be extra careful when closing this knife.

Comments about Gerber Mini Paraframe Serrated Knife:
This is a great liTtle EDC knife. The only cons were that it takes some use before you become proficient with closing it. There is no quick opening stud but that is to be expected on a smaller knife.

This knife is just really, really fun. I would not recommend it for much more than casual use, but even for just a collector, this knife is a very nice addition to a collection.

Comments about Gerber Mini Paraframe Serrated Knife:
This knife did not work for me. The blade wobbled up and down and side to side. The steel was also horrible and didnt take an edge and didnt hold one. I am extremely happy i lost it after a year. There are much better knives for this price.
