Great shoe. I have problems finding shoes for my feet, I have plantar fasciitis. These are very comfortable. The only thing I did not like was the color. I got them on sale so I can't complain. Love the comfort.

These shoes were purchased to replace another pair of Merrill slip-ons which were worn for ten years or more.

They are very durable and comfortable.

I wish the shoes were available in smooth leather, but apparently Merrill only makes smooth leather for men.

Time to retire my 1998 Mocs to gardening. I wear these jungle mocs when I need confidence and comfort and will be standing all day. I grab these before I grab my sport shoes for long walks. Not pretty and girly but I can break into a run. I miss them after a day of heels. These new ones are grey rather than the brown I'm replacing and I wish more colors were still available but I'm sure glad I can still get a pair. Love them.

These shoes are replacing a pair of Salomon shoes of very similar style that have served me faithfully for 3 seasons every year since 2006. Yes. You read that right. So these Merrill shoes have a lot to live up to! They arrived today (one day later than the promise ship date, but no problem)and I put them on and wore them all day, walking dogs, going dog-scootering, working outside, coming inside and going back out. They are comfortable! I tried spraying them with some water repellent spray, but it rolled right off, so even though they are not advertised as being water resistant, apparently they are. Only time will tell if they hold up to a phenomenal 6 years of 3 season use, but so far, I am happy with this purchase!

Product arrived in good condition via US Mail, but package was one day later than promised ship date (just regular standard mail). Not a problem, just a comment. Thank you. I LOVE free shipping.

I had back surgery and needed to purchase a pair of shoes that I could easily slip into without bending, and needed something for comfort, at the same time.

This shoe saved the day ! No bending... has also saved my back on trails and hard surfaces. Have worn them daily for the last year...still in great shape and as comfy as ever. In the midst of buying a second pair.

When I state that these are the most comfortable shoes that I have ever worn in my entire life, I am not exaggerating. From the first moment that I put them on, I wore them for hours without a bit of discomfort. They feel like bedroom slippers; yet, they grip the floor/trail reliably. After recovering from a foot injury and needing extra help keeping the injured foot warm and cushioned, this shoe was perfect for everyday wear through a cold, Wisconsin winter. The inserts that come with the shoe offer excellent cushion. The shoe is roomy enough to replace the cushion with a custom insert when needed, but not too roomy that I would slide around in them. I am a true size 7.5 and the 7.5 fit perfectly. I can wear the shoes with thicker or thinner socks. Traction is good. I wore them almost daily through an entire fall and winter season yet the soles show minimal signs of wear. If you're looking for fashion, this isn't your shoe, but they work with jeans and the main point is: if you need a functional, warm, cushioned shoe, they just plain work. I'd buy them again, but even better, the ones I have will last another winter or two before I have to do that.

Here is the downlow on this product from my perspective. I have owned Merrell Jungle Mocs for women since I first discovered them in 2001! I own 4 pairs, 2 in a shade they called Eucalyptus, a very nice, useful shade of gray which goes with almost any slack or jean, 1 pair in tan, and most recently a year ago I purchased a pair in Gunsmoke. These shoes are particularly great for air travel.They easily slip on and off for TSA inspections, and feel comfortable while sitting hours on a plane. I often travel to New England in winter months and they are lightweight and so practical I can pack an extra pair. They are breathable and warm so when in the East you can easily appreciate them when walking from a building to a vehicle in colder, snowy weather. At the same time, I live in the Southwestern desert where these shoes are also perfect for those winters. You can walk all day in them and your feet will be happy at the end of the day. I would really like Merrell to bring back the Eucalyptus color because it is such a useful shade and I would definitely be one to buy more. I just fear knowing manufacturers that at some point Merrell might discontinue the style altogether and I would greatly miss these shoes, so I need to stock up. Believe me I get lots of compliments when I wear them. Just recently my young doctor complimented me on them and asked where I found them.I told her REI. In fact, REI is about the only place now I know these to be available. Years back you could find them also at [...]Now REI is about the only place I can find them. I highly recommend this shoe if you are seeking a comfortable, lightweight, travel shoe for cooler months, say from October to April.

These are the single most comfortable shoes I have EVER worn! I am wearing out my third pair and awaiting my fourth on backorder. I hope they never stop making the Jungle Moc, and wish they came in more colors, like chocolate brown suede. If I'm not in boots or sandals, these are the only shoes I wear. These are the rare women's shoes that are wide enough to fit my extra wide woman's feet.
