        Simply awful. Smelled delicious when I opened the bag to add water, so I was looking forward to something like real food. Not so. Not sure what the problem is, maybe not enough cheese. Bland and doesn't resemble any king of good pasta flavor. Ate as much as I could stomach, then had to store and pack out the rest. Definitely the worst I've ever had.

        Cheese and lasagna do not belong in the description of this product. There may a little bit of cheese flavor but not much and no cheese consistency. There may be noodles in the package, but they don't come close to resembling lasagna noodles. I gave it two stars because although that taste is not horrible, it's not even close to big name brand in the dehydrated food game (4 stars). This just left me wishing I had a bag of the good stuff.
        Also, you are more likely to be eaten by a bear as when you can't (don't want to) finish the meal, animals aren't as picky so you can bet they will come for this stuff.

          It is a freeze-dried backpacking meal, so it's not something you would eat at home. But it's a good vegetarian meal that is filling and rehydrates completely. And it tastes like lasagna. I take it on every backpacking trip, sometimes 2 or 3 packages.

          Positively disgusting. Make sure you try this at home before you get trapped at 10,000 feet with nothing but this in your pack - yuck!
