Positively disgusting. Make sure you try this at home before you get trapped at 10,000 feet with nothing but this in your pack - yuck!

    It is a freeze-dried backpacking meal, so it's not something you would eat at home. But it's a good vegetarian meal that is filling and rehydrates completely. And it tastes like lasagna. I take it on every backpacking trip, sometimes 2 or 3 packages.
