      Comments about Blackburn EX-1 Bike Rack:

      I've installed a small numnber of these racks (3, to be exact) on bicycles that I have owned over the past 35 years. There has never been a failure, in spite of sometimnes overloading the panniers or racks. They have always been very stable, and the design allows for a lot of flexibility on loading and on tying down the cargo (I frequently use old tubes, with the valves cut off, as "cords"- much better than bungie cords). The rack has usually lasted long enough to be installed on another bicycle.
