I will admit that I was skeptical about these chacos. I've had other pairs that didn't do the trick, so I was nervous about the Balloos. You definitely need to break these in, or at least get your feet used the them (1 week of heel blisters), after that, these have become my go-to summer shoe. I wear them walking the dogs. I wear them mowing the lawn. I wore them to the zoo. I regularly wear them the .14 miles the mailbox. They are great! And REI has them at a price that can't be beat. Snatch them up while you can.
