Rated4out of5byVaDebrafromGrandma to Galapagos!Even though I'm a 62 year old woman, I bought these boy's shoes when I saw them on sale in a Denver store. I normally wear a woman's size 6 or 5 1/2, but have bought boys boots before both for suitability for activities and to save money. I plan to wear them on a trip to Galapagos soon and was advised to bring sturdy shoes for walking on volcanic rock, and warned that they might get cut up. For that reason, I didn't want to spend too much money. These shoes are light weight for the sturdiness they provide. I've worn them several times including to an all day outdoor festival through mud and water. They repelled water and cleaned up well. Only slight negative is that the pulls can loosen somewhat over time. Overall I'm pleased.

Rated4out of5byNo thanksfromPretty good shoeBought these for outdoor summer camp for my 5 year old. I wasn't familiar with the brand but he really liked the way they looked so we decided to give them a try. Overall I was pretty pleased. They held up very well for continuous outdoor use. He really liked them. My only comment is that the insert sole of the shoe is a strange harder plastic with lots of large bumps on them. He never complained about them but it seemed like a strange material/texture to be on the insert of the shoe.
