The REI Member Dividend
The REI dividend is a unique benefit of membership in the REI co-op. It's comprised of your member refund—typically 10% back on eligible purchases—and/or your REI Visa® card rebates.
Each March, active REI members and REI Visa cardholders who earned a rebate receive a refund in the form of an annual dividend notice.
Only active members receive annual dividend notices. To maintain your active status as an REI member, you need to make net merchandise or shipping purchases of at least $10 per year, unless you joined that year. Member numbers are issued in one name and only that person receives the member refund. Your number can be used by others in your family, but it cannot be transferred to someone else.

Comments about Chaco Fathom Flip-Flops - Women's:
Several family members recommended Chacos to me, and after I caved and bought a pair, I wore them almost daily for two years..til yesterday when a strap finally gave out. I do everything in them, from boating to hiking (miles over rough terrain) to rock-hopping with my boys. The soles last forever and have great arch support. I popped into an REI store today and bought a new pair in the Summer Sunset color. The color pops. The green is more vibrant than pictured, and there is a thin, purple line along the bottom with a bit of sheen. My last pair had a leather strap and stretched a tiny bit too much over time, possibly because I boat in them also, but aside from that, are in excellent shape - - almost like new. In fact, I think I'll get the strap fixed at a cobbler shop at some point. The new flips have webbing straps and shouldn't stretch much if at all. Same sturdy, supportive design. I couldn't be more pleased.

Comments about Chaco Fathom Flip-Flops - Women's:
I wanted to add to my Chaco collection. Ive had a pair forever that I love and it shows :) The straps on these and the shape of the footbed is great but the footbed is just too hard . Not at all like the other pair I have so Im guessing it might just be the Fathom line. I can wear these for short times but wouldnt dream of trying a whole day walking around. Too much like pounding on cement. (and according to the kid, they make a lot more noise than my others, alerting him that I am coming. Good for him maybe but I like more stealth shoes)

Comments about Chaco Fathom Flip-Flops - Women's:
I LOVE Chaco sandals, and have had a pair for years. Decided to invest in a new pair of flip flops, so ordered my regular Chaco size 7. Unfortunately, the flips are apparently a different sizing, so the sandals are a bit too long, and the 6 will be too small. I put them side by side with my old chaco strap sandals and the flips are a good inch longer. Otherwise, they are great - tons of arch support, durable, simple, and sturdy.
