- Breathable nylon mesh uppers with synthetic leather overlays offer superb flexibility and ventilation; gusseted tongues keep debris out
- Lacing system uses webbing and instep straps to ensure a secure, comfortable fit on long runs
- Nylon linings wick moisture off your feet and dry quickly to keep feet comfortable
- Compression-molded EVA midsoles are lightweight and offer great response
- Full-length hard EVA plates protect against stone bruising by dispersing point pressure; thermoplastic urethane shanks supply torsional stability
- Gryptonite™ rubber outsoles on the Montrail Mountain Masochist shoes feature big, angled lugs in the forefoot for great, digging grip on loose or muddy terrain
