    Shoulder strap is durable, non-slip leather but the adjustment system is VERY difficult to use, especially when brand new ... it gets a bit easier with use. A flat bottom would be nice, but understand it keeps the bag more flexible without. Overall this is a great bag.

      I saw this bag in the store and loved how it looked. I like to wear my shoulder bags across the body so needed to extend the leather strap. Well it is extremely hard to extend because it is leather with holes like a belt on a belt. Problem is maybe the holes are new and small? Strap is too short for across the body and worry that the strap may pop out of the hole. Bag can probably be easily stolen off the person b/c straps are held by holes in a pin and nothing else. This would have been an awesome bag if the straps were webbed or fabric. Overland, if you are reading this, change the shoulder strap and it'll sell great.
