      I purchased this product with the intent of wearing it as a "lounging" bikini top, so I can't comment on how well it performs with higher activity; women who want something more sports-oriented will probably want something else. I also don't require a lot of support, but this top has wide bands for the waist and halter straps, good coverage, and high-quality cup inserts, so I would expect it to provide sufficient support if I needed it. As for sizing, I'm 5'4" 140 lb. B-cup, and the medium fit me perfectly. I chose to purchase a large for more coverage (I'm really modest), and the cup still fit well when I tightened up the waist straps. I haven't had it for very long so I can't comment on longevity. Altogether, the top is cute, comfortable, made with quality, and I expect it to last a long time. A little costly, but worth it to not put up with a low-quality string bikini! :)

        I love this suit, it's cute, comfortable, and stylish. It is stretchy so once it's wet you may need to tighten the top. And because of the stretch be careful playing in the ocean, I wore it in Mexico and the waves threatened to pull it off me! But other a little tightening it was great. I shopped around a lot and returned suits from J.Crew because I liked this one more.
