The REI Member Dividend
The REI dividend is a unique benefit of membership in the REI co-op. It's comprised of your member refund—typically 10% back on eligible purchases—and/or your REI Visa® card rebates.
Each March, active REI members and REI Visa cardholders who earned a rebate receive a refund in the form of an annual dividend notice.

Bought this in REI in Santa Barbara and it kept me dry and stylish during a wet day walking Muir Woods. Going on an Alaska cruise this summer and expect it to work well with layers underneath for cold wet days. It's light and packs well. The red is really cute. I would buy again.

When I first saw this raincoat, I thought it was great! Finally a breatheable, waterproof coat that I could wear to work, and the length was great. I need a raincoat that doesn't look like I just went camping in it.
It was hard to use the categories to rate this coat. The body fit well, maybe it would accommodate a light layer. But my real problem was with the sleeve width. The forearms were skin-tight.
I have broad shoulders and am used to women's garments being snug at the armholes, so I got an extra-large. But this was the first time I ever had a coat with such tight-fitting lower arms. There is no possible way it would accommodate even a lightweight sweater sleeve.
This was a huge disappointment. I cannot imagine who the designers are using for size models, because you'd have to have bird-like arms for the sleeves of this coat to fit properly. I returned it.

Absolutely love this great. Live in the Northwest so essential to have a rain jacket and finally a jacket that is stylish as well! Receive compliments every time I wear it. First got it in black, which was nice, but most all of my jackets were black, so switch instead to the blue. Love the blue color and still goes with everything. The sleeves do make a bit of noise when moving arms, but nothing too annoying. Not a warm jacket but can layer underneath and is waterproof. Definitely would recommend this jacket.

Bought this as a gift for my daughter for college. It looks and fits great. Plus it's her favorite color. Another poster mentioned the zipper on this jacket does not operate smoothly. My daughter confirms. You have to start it just right to get it to zip, and sometimes this takes 3-5 tries. Because my daughter liked everything else about this jacket, I decided to have the zipper replaced at a local alterations shop. The shop owner replaced the zipper at minimal cost. (BTW, the zipper and lining are glued/bonded to the outer shell, not sewn, so it's not a DIY job to replace the zipper.) After the zipper was removed, the shop owner, who's worked in the garment industry for years, figured out the problem. The zipper is constructed incorrectly. (Bad quality control, REI). The metal zipper slide and pull are oriented OK. But the zipper teeth and tape (the two long strips that zip together) should have been flipped over for the slide and pull to work correctly. So I give this jacket an "A" for overall design and look for this jacket. But an "F" for zipper quality control.

This rain jacket is amazing! It is waterproof, has practical features (zipper pockets,hood, 2-way zipper.....) AND it is STYLISHLY BEAUTIFUL! I chose the Raven Red and may have to purchase another color. FYI i am 5'2" 115 lbs. and purchased size small with room for a couple layers beneath the jacket.
