This jacket looks great, feels comfortable and I have gotten a lot of compliments on it... BUT, it had two places where the stitching was coming apart when I opened it. I had to take it to a professional seamstress for repair, since my size was no longer available for an exchange. Very disappointed with the quality. Also, when I contacted Customer Service to let them know about the problem, I was told that I could return the item for an exchange after I had already explained that it was no longer available in my size. No other resolution was offered. That was a bit disappointing from REI.
