by fromCame with incorrect USB cable! The device works as advertised. High amp output allows it to charge an iPad. It can charge up to two devices simultaneously. The solar panel is small, so solar charging basically takes all day. I use it for motorcycle camping, and the unit fits inside the clear map pocket on my tank bag for solar charging. I can charge the unit via my usb dc cell phone charger, and charge a phone at the same time. BUT.. the USB cable supplied, wich is intended to be used to charge the unit's battery from a usb source does not fit the charger's usb "B" port. Fortunately I had a cable of the correct configuration, otherwise the unit would go back. Advise : If you get this unit, open the box in the store and check the included cable! I'd give it 4 stars if not for that.

by fromCase Concerns I work outdoors and my smart phone is my office. The exMilo has cut back on the need to walk back to the car. It fits well into a BDU or hi-viz vest pocket. My concern is the recycled plastic case. It feels thin and flimsy, I'm not sure if it will stand up to field use. I would be happier with an ABS case.

by fromGreat Energy Store I use this to add recording capacity to my mp3, phone and iPod. On a sunny day it charges itself while charging devices; cool.
